Pancho Villa BBQ is a family-owned and operated small business in Fair Oaks, CA which emerged during the Covid Pandemic in 2020. The company began with a food trailer out of the Sacramento area and slowly began to grow working with events all over the Northern California area. The concept continued with the thought of expanding into a restaurant location in 2022 and doors opening to the public December 3rd, 2025.
While you may see both Tammy and Luis in and out along with both their kids, they are always greeting you with a big smile and a “Welcome in” as you arrive. Both bring many years of restaurant and hospitality experience to Pancho Villa BBQ, with their hopes to share their passion of food and creativity, along with their love for the industry and family togetherness while you dine, entertain and party with Pancho Villa BBQ.
We take pride in slowly smoking a variety of “Choice” meats and offering a selection of homemade side dishes and BBQ sauce that are made from our hearts that will warm your belly. We use traditional American smoked meats and decided to create a Hispanic fusion flair that’s become a trend today within the community. We look forward to welcoming you to our home soon.

I had their try-tip torta for lunch, and the smoked brisket was amazing. Huge cuts of smoked brisket stuffed in between the torta roll, and it came with a huge side of fries as part of the package. Delicious! I will be back to try their other faire, but man this trip-tip is going to be something I order a lot.
